How We Work Together

A Straightforward Workflow

The referring dentist is central to every patient we see. Our job is to add specialty capability where it helps and hand the patient back to you with a clear picture of what was done and what to watch for.

Step 1, Referral received

Referrals arrive through the online form, phone call, or email. We confirm receipt the same day and reach out to the patient to schedule.

Step 2, Consultation and diagnosis

We complete the periodontal or implant evaluation, review imaging (or take our own CBCT when needed), and build a plan around what you referred us for plus anything else we notice.

Step 3, Communication back to you

• A written report of findings and recommendations
• Copies of any imaging we captured
• A treatment plan the patient can share with you
• A direct line for anything you want to discuss

Step 4, Treatment and follow-up

If treatment proceeds, we handle the surgical or periodontal phase and coordinate timing with any restorative work you have planned. Post-op instructions and healing updates come to you along with the patient.

Step 5, Return to your care

Once the specialty phase is complete, the patient returns to your practice for restorative work and ongoing maintenance. We remain available for follow-up questions, periodontal maintenance visits, or any implants we placed that need long-term monitoring.

• A heads-up on medical history that could affect surgical planning
• A phone call any time you want to talk through a case
